Frank was awesome! I was moving from the SF Bay Area to DFW. As another former resident of the Bay Area, Frank was able to describe the local towns by comparing then to CA towns - this is like Atherton, this one is more like Los Gatos, etc. He listened to my descriptions of what I was looking for in a rental, spent half a day driving me and my son around looking at a half dozen of them, and then helped me navigate the application process so that I got the place I wanted. Also gave me tips on places to go, things to do, good restaurants and nightlife. I'm looking forward to working with Frank again once I'm ready to buy a house in a year or so!
